Why do we sweat?

Natural ways how our body releases toxins are thru kidneys, intestines and lungs.

But when we have too much toxins in our body, and when we cannot use natural pathways, our body tries to excrete them by sweating.

The odor becomes unpleasant because of sweat which contains too much waste of meat that we entered into the body.

So, to purify our body, first we need to purge the liver and intestine, using two very effective teas:

-Tea for the liver and Tea for intestines.

These teas help the body to expel toxins using those roads which are predicted by the nature and not by sweating.

We must help the digestive organs, by taking only light food, lots of uncooked fruits and vegetables (lettuce, honey, cereals, eggs, cheese and yogurt), and strictly avoid alcohol, meat, animal fats, sugar and white bread.

You need to drink plenty of water with lemon and of course herbal teas. So we encourage natural defense and establish normal organic balance.
